Cleaning and Lubrication:
Clean the chain with kerosene every 500 kilometers. After drying, apply special lubricating oil.
Avoid using grease or ordinary engine oil (easily attracts dust and increases wear and tear).
Check for Wear:
Replace the sprocket if the wear on the sprocket teeth exceeds 1 mm.
If the chain pitch exceeds the factory standard by 2%, the chain and sprocket must be replaced as a set.
Adjustment Tips:
Adjust the rear axle nut and use the chain adjuster to control the sag.
When installing a new sprocket, pay attention to the direction (marked side facing outwards) to avoid noise.
